We are a group of eleven graduate students at Florida's Interactive Entertainment Academy. We are working together across disciplines to create a protoype of an amazing Virtual Reality Experience.

Programmer
Carol is a Level Designer at FIEA with a background in art and animation. She is excited to be leading the Oceana Team and understands that with great power comes a great number of spreadsheets. See more of her work here.

Alberto Huffman-Negron
Lighting, Level Designer
Alberto is a Level Designer at FIEA with a passion for lighting. He has a background in journalism and hopes to one day work as a level lighter or level artist.

Vincent Falls
Programmer
Vince is a programmer and has mastered the art of level transitions inside of Unreal Engine. He is also responsible for tying everything together programmatically, and as a result can usually be found anywhere but his actual seat.

Rene Bencik
Concept and Tech Artist
Rene is an international student at FIEA who's focus is in Technical Art. He has provided us with multiple visual effects and some beautiful concept work for the Oceana Project. For more of his work, check out his website here.

Pratik Chougule
Programmer
Pratik is an international student at FIEA with a focus on Programming. He has helped our team integrate Wwise into Unreal and made sure it is fully functional on multiple computers over Perforce. To see more of his work, check out his website here.

Alex Acevedo-Perez
3D Modeler
Alex is a 3D Modeler and technical artist for our project and has contributed multiple art assets and a coral bleaching effect. To see more of his work, check out his website here.

Ryan Rusian
Level Designer
Ryan is a Level Designer at FIEA with a background in writing. He enjoys storytelling through the environments he creates and hopes to one day write gameplay scripts, narrative or otherwise.

Alexis Damron
3D Artist
Alexis is a 3D Modeler at FIEA and has created our oil rig that we use to showcase coral reef regeneration. She hopes to see her models in many more productions throughout her career. for more of her work, check out her blog here.

Joe Bonura
Technical Artist
Joe is a technical artist at FIEA and worked on the seismic wave effect we use in our experience to simulate the effects of noise pollution on the ocean. For more of his work check out his blog here.

Taylor Gorder
Audio Engineer
Taylor is our audio engineer and a producer at FIEA. One of our in house Wwise experts, Taylor has contributed layered, 3D soundscapes that layer beautifully over Dr. Sung's musical composition and really make the player feel like they're underwater.
